Tim Hyland
National Strategy Manager T&A

Tim joined RPM in 2011 as Research Manager, responsible for RPM’s research and GIS mapping capabilities. Now, as National Strategy Manager, Tim works across Australia to identify strategic land opportunities, assess the feasibility of proposed developments, and drive RPM’s expansion into new markets. His work spans all asset classes, including greenfield, infill, commercial and industrial land.

Zaynoun Melhem
Victorian Sales Director T&A

Zaynoun leads RPM’s Victorian T&A sales team, responsible for major land deals across both greenfield and infill markets. He joined RPM in 2015 following a career in banking and has since risen to one of the state’s largest sellers of development sites – transacting more than $900m of land on behalf of Melbourne, Geelong, and regional vendors. Zaynoun is a skilled negotiator known for building trusted relationships with vendors and purchasers.

Phillip Nguyen
Transactions & Advisory Analyst

Phillip holds a Masters of Property and has a background in residential development valuations. As the division’s dedicated Transactions Analyst, Phillip is responsible for tracking and analysing development site sales across the east coast of Australia and assessing the value of development assets across both greenfield and metro areas. He plays a key role in the preparation of the division’s marketing material, submissions, and conducting feasibility assessments to support land valuations.
