2022
As demand for our strategic, data-driven guidance grew, we expanded nationally. We opened the doors to our Queensland office and entered the New South Wales market. Our Research, Data & Insights division began offering Consulting Services for bespoke reports.

2016
By 2016, our team of property experts, project sales and marketing specialists, and in-house researchers had grown to over 100 people. The quality, timeliness, and accuracy of our Research, Data & Insights reports earned us the role of Research Partner of UDIA Victoria.

Our Project Sales & Marketing services, initially focused on greenfield communities, evolved to include dedicated Medium Density and Metro departments. This expansion allows us to offer tailored marketing solutions across both greenfield and infill sites, providing comprehensive support for diverse property developments.

Recognising the market’s demand for research-backed decision making, we launched our in-house Research, Data & Insights division. Peter has over 40 years of board experience in both the UK and Australia. He has previously held senior positions across several national and international companies, including Fosters’ Brewing Group, Corecon, Ferrier Hodgson, Betworks, BRB Group and Locomotion Australia Pty Ltd. His extensive board and business experience gives him a unique perspective to best enhance RPM Group’s value proposition and overall profitability.

Eric started in real estate in 1969 and opened his own agency, Nicholas Lauder, six years later. His agency became recognised as the leader in marketing residential land estates in the northeast region. In 1994, Eric established RPM to service the industry by marketing residential land. Decades on, RPM has grown to become an industry leader backed by an unwavering reputation.
