Rod has an impressive track record of delivering superior sales outcomes across a broad range of developments, including greenfield developments, masterplanned communities, and medium density projects. He specialises in project acquisition and feasibility, planning and sales, and advises clients on pricing structures and product mix to simplify the intricacies of market dynamics. 

Peter’s 30 years of industry experience enables him to anticipate clients’ needs, offering strategic foresight and tailored, value-added solutions. This insight has shaped Peter’s creation and leadership of our Business Development division, guiding a high achieving team to craft client focused solutions that enhance efficiencies. His proactive approach underscores RPM’s commitment to identifying opportunities and delivering solutions to exceed expectations. 

Peter has over 40 years of board experience in both the UK and Australia. He has previously held senior positions across several national and international companies, including Fosters’ Brewing Group, Corecon, Ferrier Hodgson, Betworks, BRB Group and Locomotion Australia Pty Ltd. His extensive board and business experience gives him a unique perspective to best enhance RPM Group’s value proposition and overall profitability. 

Eric started in real estate in 1969 and opened his own agency, Nicholas Lauder, six years later. His agency became recognised as the leader in marketing residential land estates in the northeast region. In 1994, Eric established RPM to service the industry by marketing residential land. Decades on, RPM has grown to become an industry leader backed by an unwavering reputation.
