RPM Group Transactions & Advisory successfully sold a permit approved childcare development site within Cedar Wood’s Mason Quarter community in Wollert, to leading property group Oreana, with Aspire Early Education and Kindergarden confirmed as the operator.

The 2,621m² site at 58A Gaeta Street, Wollert will be home to a 122-place childcare facility, with construction forecast to commence in 2025. This state-of-the-art facility will be a valuable addition to Mason Quarter’s growing community, supporting local families with quality early learning services within walking distance of their homes.

The site is ideally located, being close to Wollert Primary School and Secondary College and directly opposite the future Andrew’s Road Primary School, which is due to begin construction shortly.

The sales campaign was highly competitive, attracting over 50 enquiries and received a total 10 formal offers.
