The RPM team has deep connections throughout the property industry nationally and when the Japanese-backed developer Sekisui House heard of our arrival in Queensland, they were very keen to meet.  Sekisui had been developing their Ecco Ripley estate for the past ten years and discussions arose around the sale of the remaining 42-hectare residential parcel.

One of RPM’s close partners, the Chinese-backed SIG Group, had just missed out on a nearby development site which was sold via an on-market process.  Through their due-diligence work, they had a very good understanding of the area and were eager to secure land in the area.

RPM’s Transactions & Advisory team put the two parties into exclusive commercial negotiations and a deal was reached which set a record land rate for a site of this size in the area.

SIG Group have now launched the site as the Amory estate, and RPM continue to work with both groups as an acquisition partner across Australia.
